A devoted Christian, husband, and father with more than 20 years of law enforcement experience and a lifelong commitment to serving and protecting others.

An experienced law enforcement and tactical training professional, he has spent his career preparing individuals and organizations to recognize threats, reduce vulnerabilities, and respond effectively during critical incidents.

A certified instructor since 2010, his experience includes policing, patrol tactics, de-escalation, crisis response, firearms, tactical operations, SWAT, critical incident command, and scenario-based training.

SALES, LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

John Gregus brings more than 40 years of experience in sales, leadership, coaching, training, program development, and relationship building to Guardian Angel Security.

A Lifetime Member of the PGA of America, John has built his career around leadership, communication, customer relationships, and helping people make confident decisions. His professional achievements include recognition in the John Hancock President’s Honor Club, generating more than $1 million in sales within six months, and earning a $20 Million Club Award during his career with Outdoor Adventures, Inc., where he has served in marketing and sales leadership.

John is also the owner of the John Gregus Golf Academy, where his decades of teaching and coaching experience have strengthened his ability to communicate, mentor, train, and work effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

His experience includes sales and marketing, management, logistics, event coordination, training, mentoring, program development, and long-term client relationship building. He studied business management at Mott Community College and the Detroit College of Business.

At Guardian Angel Security, John serves as Director of Sales & Consulting, working directly with churches and organizations to understand their security concerns, identify practical solutions, and help guide them through the Guardian Angel approach to preparedness and protection. He has also played an important role in developing professional relationships and helping build the team behind Guardian Angel Security.

John brings a people-first approach to every consultation—listening carefully, building trust, and helping organizations move from concern to a clear plan of action.

GREGORY BASRALIAN
Project Manager | Security Systems & Low-Voltage Integration

TECHNICAL & PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Gregory Basralian brings more than 20 years of experience in technical systems installation, project management, low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, networking, audiovisual systems, and integrated technology deployments.

He has independently managed and completed more than 270 complex installations for law enforcement and military organizations, overseeing projects from site planning and permitting through installation, system integration, testing, and customer acceptance.

As Project Manager for Guardian Angel Security, Gregory oversees the installation and implementation of security systems, including structured cabling, cameras, access control, network infrastructure, equipment mounting, and system integration.

His experience coordinating installations, contractors, materials, permits, inspections, and field work allows Guardian Angel Security to deliver security solutions that are professionally designed, properly installed, and built for long-term reliability.
